As an Italian Speaker in this role, you will provide outstanding customer support to our Italian-speaking clients. Your mission is to listen to their inquiries and resolve any issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
⢠Actively listen to customer concerns and provide relevant solutions
⢠Keep accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups

⢠Follow company procedures to ensure high standards of service
⢠Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
⢠No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
