Job Description

As a Delta Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our airline. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Delta’s services and policies. Responsibilities

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Educational Qualifications
