BaryTech is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for people that have previous recruiting experience along with a proven track record of success. Main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and the placement of highly specialized IT consultants. Other duties include lead generation & building lasting client relationships. You must be a team player with a positive attitude; excellent communication and people skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
 Communicating with team leads and hiring managers on job openings and requirements for those jobs.
 Lead generation & building lasting client relationships.
 Complete end to end handling of company resources recruitment process by facilitating the process from beginning to a successful offer.
 Posting job descriptions to relevant media platforms.
 Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media.
 Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
 Scheduling interviews and follow up interviews with team members.
 Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management.
 Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
What you should bring with:
 Years of recruitment experience.
 Fluent/Advanced English language skills.
 A good understanding of technology and tech startups.
 Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
 Strong decision-making skills.
 Strong attention to detail.
