AI Solutions Architect (Junior–Mid Level, 2–6 Years Experience)
Our client, a rapidly growing AI software company, is seeking an AI Solutions Architect with 2 to 6 years of experience to design scalable AI workflows, enhance services delivery, and partner cross-functionally to improve both internal and customer-facing processes. This role is critical in productizing AI solutions across multiple industries and validating new, high-impact use cases. This role is remote or hybrid remote for candidates in SF or NYC. What You'll Do • Build and deploy AI-powered growth workflows for internal teams and external customers • Develop, refine, and operationalize the services delivery playbook and resourcing model • Improve efficiency by automating internal processes and customer workflows • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to create templates, use cases, and implementation frameworks • Track performance metrics, analyze workflow effectiveness, and proactively recommend improvements • Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor, guiding clients on best practices and solution design • Support the ongoing development of repeatable, scalable AI solutions across multiple industries What We’re Looking For • 2 to 6 years in data science, software engineering, solutions architecture/engineering, or similar technical roles • Experience automating workflows and improving operational systems • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI applications • Comfort with coding fundamentals in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak fluently to both business and technical audiences • A startup mindset—speed, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to build from zero • Experience with workflow/project tools like Linear, Airtable, Asana, or similar systems (preferred) Why Join • Work directly with top-tier brands solving real, high-impact problems • Significant ownership and visibility within a fast-growing AI team • Opportunity to shape foundational workflows, processes, and customer solutions • High-growth environment with ample room for career acceleration Job Type: Full-time Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • Are you comfortable with coding fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, or similar)? • How many years experience do you have automating workflows and improving operational systems?
