6. Ability to multitask and handle stress effectively.
7. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and selecting the best solution.
3. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are completely resolved.
4. Keep records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents.
5. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
7. Update customer information and maintain accurate data records.
