The role involves managing the production of podcast episodes, collaborating with clients, and utilizing data to improve show performance. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery of 1 podcast episode Generate strong episode ideas, hooks, and briefs Shape episode structure, pacing, and narrative Brief editors clearly on edits, trailers, and clips Review edits and give decisive, high-quality feedback Contribute titles, thumbnail direction, and packaging ideas Track performance and suggest improvements week-on-week Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients on your shows, communicating clearly, confidently, and proactively Skills Is genuinely podcast and content obsessed Has strong editorial taste and instinct Understands what drives performance on YouTube, Spotify, and social Is data-literate and comfortable reviewing analytics Is highly organised and strong at prioritisation Can manage 1–2 clients without dropping standards Defaults to believing problems are solvable Is proactive, resourceful, and decisive Is a clear and confident communicator Is comfortable managing client relationships and expectations Benefits 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays Remote-first & flexible working Quarterly in-person team meetups Full time role, open to both employee or contractor applicants High ownership, high trust, and real progression for strong performers Opportunity to work on shows with real reach and influence Company Overview Unlocking the true potential of video podcasts.
