[Remote] PMO Project Management Resource

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. e&e Technical Consultants, LLC is seeking a PMO Project Management Resource for a remote contract opportunity. The role involves managing and coordinating multiple information technology projects across the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery while adhering to project management standards. Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate the activities of internal and external resources supporting multiple IT projects of varying complexity • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans and related artifacts in alignment with established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies • Collaborate with business owners, analysts, and stakeholders to define, validate, and refine project scope and objectives • Perform end-to-end project management activities, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and project closeout • Track and manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor deliverables • Facilitate lessons learned sessions during and after project completion to identify process improvements and best practices • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with technology teams, business partners, project sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, playbooks, and referenced governance artifacts Skills • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project and project management across projects of various sizes and subject matters • Demonstrated experience managing project integration, scope, schedule, cost, communications, vendor relationships, and risk management • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices across the project lifecycle • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a structured, deadline-driven environment • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience using ServiceNow, particularly Idea, Project, and Demand modules • Experience supporting enterprise business solutions, including SAP-related projects • Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies Company Overview • Company Overview e&e Technical Consultants, LLC provides best-in-class Information Technology staffing services and solutions.
