Remote – California
Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000+(Flexible)
Bonus: 10 to 20% of recoverables
This is a fully remote role for California-licensed attorneys who want to work on high-volume consumer protection matters while having the opportunity to grow within a firm that values performance and long-term partnership.
What You’ll Work On
• Handle California Lemon Law cases from intake through resolution
• Manage litigation matters including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies
• Communicate with clients throughout the lifecycle of their cases
Qualifications
• Active California Bar license
• Experience in plaintiff lemon law or automotive defect cases
• Strong legal writing and litigation skills
• Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment
