[Remote] Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney (ideally with class action experience)

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DRV Staffing is recruiting for a prestigious plaintiff-side employment law firm specializing in wage and hour class actions. The role involves managing a significant caseload, utilizing modern technology, and contributing to a family-oriented culture that emphasizes work-life balance. Responsibilities • Handle 40–50 cases at a time, mostly wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employee-side litigation • Run real cases and develop real skills • Use modern tech and custom CRM systems • Work collaboratively with shared paralegal support • Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level attorneys • Help employees by focusing on wage theft • Draft, argue, and run cases in both state and federal court Skills • California or Washington bar law license • Experience in wage-and-hour class actions • Strong academic background (around a 3.4 GPA for 1st years) • Real litigation experience • Ability to handle 40–50 cases at a time • Experience in employee-side litigation • Ability to work collaboratively with a team • Willingness to transition from defense to plaintiff work • Strong mentorship from partners and senior litigators • Ability to draft, argue, and run cases in both state and federal court Benefits • Paid time off • Bonus potential: $50k–$150k+, tied to settlements and performance • Remote hybrid schedule (2–3 days WFH) Company Overview • As featured in Fast Company andThe Ladders major media, DRV Staffing recruits exclusively for law firms.It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, US, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
