As a Ping One Support Specialist, you will have the chance to work with a range of technologies, including PingOne Identity suites, Java development, and various IAM-related protocols.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
12+ years of experience in identity, access management, or related fields, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Ping One support
Direct hands-on experience implementing and supporting multiple components of the PingOne Identity suites (PingOne, PingDavinci, PingOneVerify, etc.) and Java development experience
Experience configuring identity provider and service provider components in federated integrations, as well as adaptive multi-factor authentication and orchestration of the identity life cycle
Strong understanding of IAM-related protocols, such as SAML, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth, LDAP, SCIM, SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML/HTML
Technical expertise in authentication and authorization techniques, standards, and state-of-the-art capabilities
Experience with cloud computing architecture, technical design, and implementations, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models
Ability to communicate complex information on risks and security issues in a clear and actionable manner
Strong experience with directories, SSO, federation, delegated administration, and customer identity and access management (CIAM)
