Position Overview: As a Phone Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and poise. Your focus will be on providing prompt, personalized, and accurate assistance that meets and exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll leverage your expertise to handle customer interactions with empathy and understanding, contributing significantly to our committed customer support unit.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, resolving issues with precision and empathy
Build long-term relationships with customers by offering expert advice and support
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, staying ahead of the curve in a fast-changing environment
Complete trainings and up-trainings as needed to ensure continuous growth and development
Maintain the highest level of discretion when dealing with customer issues, ensuring confidentiality and trust
Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets, driving success and growth for our company
Report on customer trends and feedback, helping us to continuously improve and refine our services

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a customer-facing support role, with a proven track record of success
Ability to balance attention to detail with efficient execution in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a high attention to detail and quality
Experience working in multiple systems and successfully navigating multiple sources of information
Possess a customer-first, eager-to-help approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional support
Strong writing skills, spelling, and grammar, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
Willingness and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, staying proactively engaged with the wider team
Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Basic understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and medical procedures is a plus!

Competitive salary: $41,093.05 - $45,000.00 per year
