About the Role:
Work remotely from an approved state (California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Georgia, or Florida) to support our Pharmacy team
Collaborate with Pharmacy Specialists to obtain prior authorization and co-pay assistance for injectable medications
Review electronic health records and compare with payer requirements for specific medications
Support clinics with prior authorization questions and collaborate with physicians, nurses, admissions, and contracting teams
Coordinate and communicate with patients regarding high-cost drug questions and work with Patients Assistance Programs to support high-cost medication therapies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current California Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
Prior authorization experience highly preferred
