You will be responsible for accurately reviewing, interpreting, and entering medication information into our PC system, including dosage calculations, tasking instructions, and processing insurance claims. You'll also communicate with pharmacies and insurance agencies to ensure the accuracy of patient specialty medication orders. A key part of your role will involve handling patient calls to coordinate and manage new and refill medication requests, verifying and double-checking benefits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician Permit 6+ months experience working in a pharmacy 6+ months experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, web browsing, email) 6+ months PC keyboarding skills and proficiency Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) while using a computer.
