The Permitting Associate will support the Permitting Manager in coordinating the permitting application process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and proper permissions for product installations across the country.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the Permitting Support for 100+ projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery to permitting jurisdictionsManage unique permitting and product requirements to ensure customers receive proper permissions for installations across the countryDemonstrate agility and innovative thinking to swiftly identify and implement creative solutions for various permitting challenges and obstaclesUtilize data-driven approaches, leveraging performance dashboards and analytics to track and monitor project performance, making data-backed decisions and recommendationsSkills1-2 years of experience in Permitting or Project ManagementStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationshipsExperience working in a fast-paced and high throughput role that has direct impact on a team's performanceStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make sound judgmentsExcellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlinesDemonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire your team, foster a positive work culture, and drive performance excellenceDriven individual ready to 'do the work.'Proficient in Permitting processes and toolsKnow where to find information pertinent to permitting our productsAble to answer basic questions about our products and installation processSolid foundation for success in your roleDevelop problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues and address challenges before they ariseComprehensive understanding of the different types of permits commonly required and how to fill those outDevelop strong documentation management skillsOwn assigned permitting portfolio end to end in all assigned regions from start to finishUse data & metrics to set goals, track & report on performance and improvementBenefitsFlexible PTO: We offer non-accrual PTO, plus 11 company holidays.Fully-paid health benefits plan for employees: including Medical, Dental, and Vision and an HSA match.Family Leave: All employees receive 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave.
