Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer and Security Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, collaborating with our Security Sales and blithequark Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. Your expertise in security and cloud solutions will be instrumental in driving the growth of our online protection business and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Security Sales and blithequark Cloud teams to recognize and qualify business opportunities, figure out client technical and compliance protests, and foster strategies to determine technical blockers. Work with all blithequark Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments. Support blithequark Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, own technical aspects of solutions, and deliver technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders. Design and deliver product messaging with the goal of highlighting our solutions' offers using strategies including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports. Attend client sites, conferences, and other relevant events where applicable. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 10 years of experience in security or cloud native models in a client-facing role. Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems). Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak fluently and convey technical presentations. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field. Certification in the Cloud or Security industry. Experience in implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat identification and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, identity and access management systems, or SIEM and Takeoff). Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack vectors, zero trust, and so on).
