Remote Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Temporary with Potential for Long-Term)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our collaborative HR team at Wysocki Family of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing timely biweekly payrolls, administering benefit programs, and providing exceptional support to our managers and team members.
This temporary role, expected to last 6 months with potential for long-term, offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from Wisconsin and make a meaningful impact on our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Process biweekly payroll for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations
Administer benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
Provide exceptional support to managers and team members on payroll and benefit-related inquiries
Develop and distribute materials for benefit orientations, open enrollment, and summary plan descriptions
Reconcile benefit enrollment with invoices and track costs of benefit and other HR expenditures
Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate annual benefit programs and conduct vendor performance assessments
Requirements:
Associate's degree and at least 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, or a commensurate combination of experience and education
Proficiency in computer systems, including HRIS (ADP preferred)
Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
