As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Accurately transcribing patient profiles, obtaining medically necessary documentation, and processing patient orders through our online pharmacy system
Troubleshooting problems and resolving tracking issues, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
Verifying orders, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in customer service, medical administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and internal teams
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, with the ability to work in a remote environment
