Customer Service/Inside Sales

Job Overview This is a great opportunity that will give you the responsibility for all sales activities in assigned accounts delivering a unique customer experience, assisting sales representatives and multiple internal departments, and potentially handling projects at the same time while also keeping up with clients' day-to-day processes. Some of your duties may include: * Keying and verifying sales orders-Retail and Food Service * Answer telephone calls direct calls to appropriate contact or assist the incoming sales call * Greet Customers and handle inquiries/ order pickups as needed. * Communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments: Purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable. * Identify and resolve customer concerns. * Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs. * Assist account managers with collections and credit issues. Things you need to be able to do: * Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills are required. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Microsoft Office Things that are a plus: * College degree preferred but not required * 2-3 years of experience.
