They are seeking a Partner Development Representative to support and scale their hyperscaler partnerships, primarily focusing on driving joint pipeline through Google Cloud across North America.ResponsibilitiesExecute structured, high-volume outbound outreach to Google Cloud stakeholders, including field sellers, partner managers, and solution architectsEngage prioritized customer accounts in collaboration with partner teams to identify and develop joint opportunitiesSecure and lead initial discovery conversations to position joint value propositions and uncover customer needsGenerate qualified partner-sourced opportunities (Stage 0 / Stage 1) and drive early pipeline progressionAct as the first point of contact for partner-driven opportunities and maintain consistent partner engagementBuild and nurture relationships with key Google Cloud stakeholders across regions and verticalsDeliver partner-aligned messaging tailored to Google Cloud initiatives and prioritiesCollaborate with Partner, Sales, and Technical teams to activate and advance co-sell motionsQualify early-stage opportunities to assess fit, timing, and next stepsCoordinate opportunity progression from Stage 0 to Stage 1 and support handoff to SalesMaintain engagement through early deal stages to ensure alignment and continuitySchedule and coordinate initial meetings between partners, customers, and internal teamsManage outreach cadences and communications using tools such as SalesLoft and UserGemsMaintain consistent follow-up to ensure momentum on partner-led initiativesCapture insights and feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategiesSupport cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of partner-driven motionsSkills1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, partner development, or channel-related rolesDemonstrated success in outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and partner channelsExperience working with or alongside cloud partners, preferably Google CloudAbility to conduct discovery conversations and qualify opportunities, including technical use casesFamiliarity with cloud platforms and ecosystems (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach streams simultaneouslyClear, concise communication skills with strong follow-throughProven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsExperience in data, cloud, or enterprise software environmentsFamiliarity with co-sell motions and partner programsExposure to technical concepts such as data pipelines, cloud architecture, or real-time data processingBenefitsCompetitive salary and pre-IPO stock optionsComprehensive health care plans (medical, dental and vision), including medical and dependent FSAPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)The chance to contribute to and shape an upbeat, fully engaged cultureCompany OverviewStriim is the only supplier of unified, real-time data streaming and integration for enterprise analytics and operations.
