They are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line support for customers experiencing technical issues related to cryptocurrency cold storage, ensuring a seamless user experience and maintaining trust in their services. Responsibilities • Provide timely and professional technical support via email, phone, and webform in Zendesk. • Troubleshoot issues related to wallet creation and restoration, blockchain transactions, and crypto purchases. • Collaborate with product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. • Document and maintain internal knowledge base articles and user-facing FAQs. • Monitor system performance and report anomalies or outages. • Educate users on platform features, security best practices, and cryptocurrency fundamentals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and our product offerings. Skills • 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles, preferably in fintech or crypto. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, wallets, exchanges, and cryptocurrency protocols. • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk and Jira. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Passion for crypto and a commitment to user security and privacy.
