Key Responsibilities
Cultivate strong relationships with families and Au Pairs from various backgrounds.
Provide insightful guidance and support to families throughout the matching process.
Clarify policies, regulations, and program guidelines to Host Families and Au Pairs.
Conduct in-home family interviews and visits to ensure comprehension of program requirements.
Facilitate in-home orientations upon the arrival of new Au Pairs.
Engage in regular communication with families and Au Pairs, both via phone and in person.
Organize regular in-person cultural events for Au Pairs to foster community.
Collaborate with headquarters staff to address the needs of families and Au Pairs.
Build meaningful personal connections with families and Au Pairs.
Execute targeted marketing initiatives in coordination with headquarters.
Manage crisis situations and conflicts promptly and professionally.
Assist families and Au Pairs with conflict resolution and issue management.
Required Skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
High energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed.
Access to a home computer or laptop, reliable internet, and transportation.
A genuine interest in international exchange and education.
Qualifications
Self-motivated and sales-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills are essential for this role.
Prior experience in a related field is beneficial to understand the Au Pair Program effectively.

Compensation And Benefits
Compensation is tiered based on the number of active families you represent. For an area with six active families, you will dedicate approximately 1.4 hours weekly, with a projected annual income of up to (4,500. By growing your roster to at least eleven families, your weekly hours could increase to 3.0, leading to an estimated yearly income of )9,300.
As an independent contractor, payment is issued monthly for services rendered in the prior month, with an hourly equivalent of roughly $60, subject to variation based on client alterations throughout the year.
