Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Deliver 1:1 online lessons to students using our innovative technology and Science of Reading curriculum
Participate in our comprehensive professional development program to ensure exceptional teaching outcomes
Collaborate with our team to drive student success and achieve academic goals
Bachelor's degree in Education (or equivalent) required
2+ years of K-6 teaching experience with a strong grasp of phonics, decoding, and reading fundamentals
Tech-savvy with a reliable laptop, internet, and quiet workspace
Consistent availability across the week (Monday to Friday) with consistent time slots for easy student/teacher matching
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Work Schedule and Details:
Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT, Monday to Friday, until May 2025 (peak hours between 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM CT preferred)
Commitment: Up to 25 hours per week
Remote work arrangement with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
