We are looking for a motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team at GrubHub in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time, remote work position ideal for individuals who are energetic, driven, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers through our live chat platform... resolving issues, answering questions, and providing support in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance with orders, account inquiries, and technical issues
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Energetic and driven personality
- Strong teamwork skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms
