Remote Part-Time Evening Therapist

Marietta Springs Treatment Center is an outpatient substance use disorder treatment provider serving individuals and families in the Marietta community. Position Summary The Part-Time Therapist provides outpatient counseling services to individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders. This role delivers treatment services within scope of practice and in accordance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations. Required Schedule The Part-Time Therapist will be required to work Monday-Friday 5PM EST - 9PM EST fully virtually. Maximum compensation is hourly equivalent for annual compensation of $30-35k/year. Essential Duties • Running evening virtual group and conducting individual counselling sessions with evening virtual clients • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Document services accurately and timely in the electronic health record • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 • Follow clinical supervision and reporting requirements Required Qualifications • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field • Georgia-recognized credential (CAC I, CAC II, CADC, or equivalent) • Minimum one (1) year experience in substance use or behavioral health Benefits include: • Monthly Internet Stipend and Equipment Stipend • Discounts & Life Services offered through EAP • Eligible for our Part-Time Insurance plan options • Tuition Reimbursement Program for eligible education and professional development • Paid holidays in accordance with company policy • Remote Work – No commute time to the office • Equipment Provided: Headset Benefit eligibility, waiting periods, and coverage details are subject to plan documents and company policy.
