You'll engage with conversations, provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, and identify and report system errors or anomalies. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages * Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses * Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt * Identify and report system errors or anomalies * Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour * ERA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination * Operate within multiple software platforms **Education & Skills Required** * Knowledge of automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles * Must have access to high-speed internet * High school diploma or GED **Work Schedule** Our flexible work schedule allows you to choose from two options: Option 1: * Monday (OFF) * Tuesday (OFF) * Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) * Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) * Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) * Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) * Sunday (OFF) Option 2: * Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) * Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) * Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) * Thursday (OFF) * Friday (OFF) * Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) * Sunday (OFF) **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong knowledge of automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles * High school diploma or GED **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with multiple software platforms * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems * Certification in customer service or sales **Skills & Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong knowledge of automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
