About the Role We are seeking a licensed Masters Social Worker to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity. As a Social Worker at blithequark, you will partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. This role requires researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs, and empowering members to make positive lifestyle and medical choices. All member contact is done telephonically or via electronic exchange, and you will work as a team with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health. Key Responsibilities: Partner with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and advocate for members' benefit plans and/or health needs Research available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs Empower members to make positive lifestyle and medical choices Work as a team with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health Utilize a collaborative process to meet members' needs and provide exceptional customer service Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have an active and unrestricted LSW, LMSW, LCSW, or LISW license in the state of your residence. You should also have at least 2 years of experience in medical social work or case management, and a Master's Degree in Social Work.
