[Remote] Part Time, Data Analyst for an Energy Company (Remote)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data operations, reporting, and contract review, ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform trend analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
ā¢ Analyze and interpret contracts to ensure alignment with reporting and operational data
ā¢ Conduct data analysis to support business and operational decisions
ā¢ Manage and track work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
ā¢ Assist the CCR team with preparing, reviewing, and cleaning monthly reports generated between the 1st and 15th of each month
ā¢ Clean and validate data to ensure consistency across reports
ā¢ Perform quality checks on reports prior to submission
ā¢ Review trends and contracts to support accurate insights and reporting outcomes
Skills
ā¢ Minimum two years of recent experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
ā¢ Working knowledge of Sigma
ā¢ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
ā¢ Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
ā¢ Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
ā¢ Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and trend identification
ā¢ Comfortable reviewing contracts and understanding operational requirements
ā¢ Experience in engineering or solar power environments is highly preferred
ā¢ Background in engineering or solar power is strongly preferred
ā¢ An idea of renewable energy
