Consolidating data from systems like Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, and Less Annoying CRM.
Merging and organizing data by employees, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to management.
Generating detailed Excel reports to support strategic decision-making.
Maintaining up-to-date databases with relevant information.
About You:
Be able to do the job as described.
Excel proficiency, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with telemarketing systems (Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, Less Annoying CRM) is a plus.
Experience pulling reports and analyzing metrics for a team of telemarketers or customer service or inside sales individuals.
