About the position

Adjust Claims: Take calls and emails collecting details from the parties involved in an accident or loss to determine the best resolution strategy.

Document Claims: Accurately document claim files and maintain thorough records.

Follow Procedures: Use our systems and follow established processes to make sure you're fully compliant.

Communicate with Stakeholders: Work with claimants and clients, effectively communicating where their claim is and what happens next.

Provide Excellent Customer Service: Show the claimant you understand how they feel, and support them in any way you can during their claim process.
Requirements
