Key Responsibilities
Provide robust audit and accounting support for the initial project and any subsequent needs.
Ensure adherence to relevant audit standards, including obtaining Yellow Book education for single audits.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members in a professional setting.
Leverage tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Teams to streamline task management.
Required Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Teams.
Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with stakeholders and team members.
Comfort in seeking clarification and asking questions as necessary.
Ability to collaborate professionally with diverse teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Access to a personal laptop for work purposes is essential.
Non-profit experience is advantageous.
Current QuickBooks Pro Advisor or equivalent certification is preferred.
Must possess Yellow Book education for single audits (20 hours of CPE).
Ability to commute to the downtown Indianapolis office is required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is preferred.
