REMOTE *PART TIME* ATTORNEY

We’re a boutique legal services firm that partners with private equity funds to handle the end-to-end review and processing of nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) and related documents. We work exclusively with institutional clients, including funds represented by national law firms and large document processing groups. 2025 marks our 12th year providing this specialized service.
Our environment is professional, deadline-driven, and fully remote.
About the Role
This is a remote, part-time, independent contractor position ideal for:
- Solo practitioners seeking a consistent stream of contract-based legal work;
- Experienced attorneys returning to practice after a career break;
- Lawyers with existing practices looking to add recurring project-based income.
You will support our team by reviewing, redlining, and processing NDAs. Our clients expect high-quality, efficient, and professional work product—this role is well-suited to someone with a sharp eye for detail and strong contract drafting/editing skills.
What You Need to Succeed
- Active bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Proven experience reviewing and marking up contracts.
- Comfort working independently and representing our firm in a “white-labeled” capacity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word (redlining and formatting); Mac OS preferred (one required platform runs on Mac only).
- Ability to commit to a regular part-time schedule (volume varies but generally predictable).
- Reliable internet and a quiet remote work setup.
Compensation
This is a per-document paid role. You’ll be compensated based on the number of NDAs you process. Training is provided to ensure consistency with our standards.
