Nevada Counsel, LLC is a growing law firm focused on estate planning, probate, and business law. We are seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to support our legal practice. This is a remote role, though some in-person meetings may be required.
Job Responsibilities
Draft estate planning documents, probate pleadings, and business formation paperwork.
Organize and manage legal files using Clio case management software.
Communicate with courts, clients, and third parties to gather case information.
Prepare filings, track deadlines, and assist with document execution.
Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation.
Requirements
? Paralegal experience in estate planning, probate, or business law is required.
? Proficiency in Clio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? MacOS experience preferred (or willingness to learn).
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work independently while staying organized.
