Remote Paid Social Strategist - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Paid Social Strategist. In this role, you will be a critical player in developing and enhancing our clients' Paid Social strategies across multiple platforms, enabling them to reach new customers and maximize their return on investment. You will leverage data insights and creative strategies to effectively manage campaigns while educating clients and team members. Your expertise will help streamline processes and create efficient playbooks to guide the team's efforts, ensuring top-notch results and growth for our clients.

Accountabilities
• Turn business goals into a clear Paid Social plan across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty.
• Set expectations with clients, explain options and trade-offs, and report results in plain language tied to business impact.
• Pair strong Paid Social craft with a growing multi-channel understanding.
• Teach clients and teammates, and document what works for reuse.
• Use platform features and automation to optimize results.
• Design practical tests to gauge success and track results.
• Act quickly, keep promises, and reduce waste in campaign management.
• Help your Pod adopt better ways of working.

Requirements
• 5+ years managing Paid Social across Meta and TikTok; experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, and Pinterest Performance+.
• Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; capable of designing tests and connecting media to revenue.
• Strong storytelling skills for senior stakeholders and the ability to influence across functions.
