Role Overview
As a Remote Caller, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your role is to:
• Make outbound calls to business owners (leads provided).
• Book qualified appointments with decision-makers.
• Run closing calls (with backup from our team if needed).
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, perfect for motivated self-starters who thrive in sales and want the flexibility of working from home.
What You’ll Do
• Call potential clients using a provided script (with room for some personalization).
• Educate business owners on our AI-powered services.
• Book and confirm appointments.
• Conduct closing calls and secure new clients.
• Work closely with our team for support on more complex closes.
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or cold calling.
• Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable working commission-only (high-ticket service = high commissions).
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed.
• Basic understanding of AI or willingness to learn quickly.
