[Remote] Organizational Change Manager/OCM Consultant (Healthcare)

Diverse Lynx is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant to lead end-to-end change management for large-scale Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations. The role involves conducting stakeholder analysis, designing change strategies, and coaching leaders to ensure successful adoption of changes.
Responsibilities
⢠Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations
⢠Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
⢠Design and execute integrated change, communication, and adoption strategies
⢠Partner closely with executives, functional leaders, and project teams
⢠Coach leaders and managers to reinforce adoption and sustain change
⢠Measure adoption outcomes and recommend corrective actions as needed
Skills
⢠Hands-on experience supporting Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations
⢠Strong background in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
⢠Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations
⢠Excellent communication and facilitation skills
⢠Healthcare or large enterprise environments
⢠Multi-module Workday deployments
⢠Organizational design or operating model transformation
