[Remote] Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Consultant -- Only US Citizens can apply --- 100% Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Consultant to support Oracle HCM SaaS system administration and various configuration tasks. The role involves enhancing modules, developing reports, and managing workflows, with an emphasis on system modernization and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform Oracle HCM SaaS system administration and configuration setup/maintenance
ā¢ Support and enhance Core HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, ORC, Health & Safety , Help Desk, Case Management, Profiles , Learning, and Succession Planning
ā¢ Develop and enhance reports using RTF, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Data Fusion Analytics
ā¢ Create secured and global dashboards
ā¢ Add subject area reports and convert to dashboard formats
ā¢ Create and maintain contextualized, guided, and standard journeys
ā¢ Set up and troubleshoot transactional workflows
ā¢ Build and support HDL loads and interface activities
ā¢ Assist with workforce structure, job and position profile support
ā¢ Work with IT and functional teams to assess impact of Oracle patches
ā¢ Log and resolve Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle
ā¢ Support conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood
ā¢ Assist in complex user issue resolution
ā¢ Gather functional requirements and translate into technical deliverables
ā¢ Create testing scripts to support functional system changes
Skills
ā¢ 3+ years Oracle HCM SaaS Technical/Functional experience
ā¢ 3+ years report development using RTF, OTBI, BI tools
ā¢ 3+ years dashboard creation (secured & global)
ā¢ 3+ years configuration across HCM modules
ā¢ Experience creating and maintaining journeys
ā¢ Experience troubleshooting workflows
ā¢ Experience with HDL loads
ā¢ Experience working with HR functional teams
ā¢ Experience gathering and translating requirements
ā¢ Experience creating automated integrations
ā¢ Experience troubleshooting end-user issues
