[Remote] Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FourthSquare is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead for a contract remote role. The position involves managing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions, integrating applications, and consulting with clients to optimize HR systems while ensuring data integrity and supporting end-users. Responsibilities β’ The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & client IT, gather technical requirements, and develop solution. β’ The candidate should have a minimum 4-5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud - Payroll Implementation and/or support projects. β’ Strong understanding of USA Payroll processing, legislation, integrations with Core HR, Absence, Compensation. β’ Should have good understanding of Oracle Cloud - Payroll tables, experience in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, as well as HDL. β’ Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US. β’ At least 8 years of experience in IT β’ Should have working exposure on either Oracle Fusion absence or OTL. β’ Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation and support projects β’ Minimum 4 years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support β’ Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables. β’ Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution. β’ Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation β’ Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud Payroll solution. β’ Must have hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management. β’ Experience in integrating Payroll with Oracle ERP Cloud (General Ledger and PPM modules). β’ Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure, and test integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions. β’ Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution. β’ Experience in additional modules such as Compensation, OTL, etc. is preferred. β’ Must have full life cycle implementation of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations. β’ Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills. β’ Good command over spoken & written English. β’ Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments. β’ Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues. β’ Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
