[Remote] Oracle Fusion US Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking an Oracle Fusion US Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in U.S. payroll processing and Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll configurations. The role involves end-to-end payroll support, integrations, and production troubleshooting. Responsibilities • Configure and support Oracle Fusion US Payroll (earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits) • Manage payroll runs, retro pay, off-cycle payroll, and year-end processes (W-2, W-2C) • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations • Support integrations with Core HR, OTL, Benefits, and GL • Troubleshoot payroll, balance, and calculation issues • Support payroll testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and post-go-live activities • Prepare functional documentation and support audits Skills • 5+ years of US Payroll experience with Oracle Fusion HCM • Strong understanding of US payroll taxes and statutory compliance • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, reports, and payroll interfaces • Experience with payroll implementations and production support • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Company Overview • Established in 2009, Vantage Point Consulting has provided Staffing and Software Solutions to the US market.It was founded in 2009, and is headquartered in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
