Remote or Office Telehealth Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote/Office Telehealth Support Specialist to provide excellent support to our telehealth team. The Telehealth Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the telehealth appointments, assisting patients with setting up virtual appointments, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong technical acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage patient appointments for telehealth services
ā¢ Coordinate and schedule virtual appointments between patients and healthcare providers
ā¢ Assist patients with setting up telehealth equipment and troubleshooting technical issues
ā¢ Provide technical support to patients during virtual appointments
ā¢ Ensure timely communication with patients and healthcare providers
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient appointments and interactions
ā¢ Collaborate with the telehealth team to develop and improve processes
ā¢ Stay updated on telehealth technology and trends to provide current and accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
Requirements:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or telehealth setting
ā¢ Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ā¢ Proficient in using telehealth software and tools
ā¢ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
ā¢ Reliable internet and computer access
