Our Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are the backbone of our care teams, spending more time with our residents than any other team member. We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team on WEEKEND, EVENING, and NIGHT shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality healthcare services to residents in an assisted living facility, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, with compassion and respect. Monitor residents' vital signs, temperature, respirations, and other health indicators, recording their condition accurately. Maintain detailed resident care records and document services provided, ensuring seamless care coordination. Administer simple prescribed and PRN medications as directed by a Registered Nurse. Utilize resources and materials to provide resident comfort, including transporting residents within the facility and responding to their call pendants. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Familiarity with basic personal care and hygiene standards. A caring and compassionate personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional care. Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Be at least 18 years of age and hold a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Current licensure as a CNA or willingness to complete training. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Knowledge of assisted living facility operations and care standards.
