Remote or Office Phone Support Clerk

Responsibilities:
Ā Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding technical issues with our products and services
Ā Identify and troubleshoot technical problems through effective questioning and active listening
Ā Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on how to resolve their issues
Ā Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team member
Ā Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our database
Ā Stay current with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate and timely support to customers
Requirements:
Ā High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or education is a plus
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Ā Proficient in using computers and troubleshooting technical issues
