• Execute AI-supported workflows while maintaining quality standards
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure content quality and compliance
• Manage documentation intake and regulatory processes
• Serve as the point of contact for copyright and permissions
• Execute course mapping and maintain tagging consistency
• Support talent resource management and scheduling
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in content operations or project support
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
• Experience with project management tools and documentation platforms
• Proficiency in collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with LMS or content management systems
