[Remote] Operations Associate, Insurance Operations

The Operations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining systems for submitting insurance applications and rosters, ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities Build and maintain automated workflows to keep our processes running smoothly Design and execute complex analyses to support decision making within Insurance Operations and across departments at Grow Own and monitor metrics that track the health of our Insurance Operations Collaborate closely with our Growth, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure stellar operational performance and service while we scale Skills Experience in operations or a related field Strong communication skills Attention to detail and organization Ability to build and maintain automated workflows Experience with complex analyses to support decision making Ability to own and monitor metrics that track operational health Collaboration skills to work with Growth, Customer Support, and Technology teams Problem-solving skills to identify business challenges and recommend solutions Mission-driven mindset focused on improving mental healthcare Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Team player with a collaborative nature Proficiency in spreadsheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables Command of SQL Intermediate experience with JavaScript or Python Previous experience with HubSpot, Workato, and/or other automation tools Benefits Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life and disability coverage.
