[Remote] Operations Analyst-Aviation Division

The Operations Analyst will support key business processes across underwriting, compliance, and systems initiatives, focusing on enhancing data accuracy and streamlining workflows within the Aviation insurance operations environment. Responsibilities • Maintain and enhance third party platform as a product owner,; act as a product liaison, build product as needed, and troubleshoot technical issues and manage pool mailbox. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports • Support compliance-related products, including state filings, document management, and audit requests. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation, and reduce operational risk or manual touchpoints. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product, compliance, and system integration • Assist with developing and maintaining Standard Operating procedures for recurring processes • Participate in ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and special products assigned.
