As a seasoned Onsite Operations Recruiter, you will play a vital role in collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire top talent from diverse recruitment channels. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, creating a positive and inclusive experience that showcases our company culture.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to support the recruitment life-cycle for a dedicated functional area
Providing expert input into the development and execution of overall functional area recruitment strategy
Managing a high volume of requisitions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Building and maintaining relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Championing the recruitment process, providing guidance on strategic recruitment trends, best practices, and legal developments
Leading recruiting strategy sessions with hiring managers to drive business outcomes
Optimizing our Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance with government regulations and optimal employment practices
Evaluating and interpreting talent-based selection tools to inform hiring decisions
Utilizing data and analytics to drive recruitment strategy and influence hiring managers
Staying up-to-date on emerging recruitment trends, best practices, and benchmark comparisons to continuously improve our recruitment processes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
Experience in recruiting, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
Proficiency in using an ATS, HRIS, or other sourcing tools to manage the recruitment process
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
