Position: Online Sales Assistant - Baby & Kids Category
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of online sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and demand for our Baby & Kids products
Design and implement promotional concepts that support both offline and online sales activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Build and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure effective execution of product development and promotional activities
Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Manage email marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales
Generate new sales leads through social media, networking, and market research to expand our customer base and drive growth
Monitor and evaluate online sales activities, preparing reports on results and insights to inform strategic decisions
Stay informed about new trends in the Baby & Kids mindfulness category to inform innovative product development and merchandising strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field (or relevant experience)
1-2 years of work experience in sales or business development within the Baby & Kids category (preferably in home and mindfulness products)
Proven ability to generate new sales leads and drive customer acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Basic data analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
