What Youll Be Doing:
As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, youll handle incoming customer support queries through live chat on various businesses websites and social media accounts. This could involve addressing support inquiries from existing customers or responding to sales questions from potential new customers.
Job Details:
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed: To excel in this role, you must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and commit to at least 10 hours of availability per week. A reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: A minimum commitment of 10 hours per week is required.
Location: This is a remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere (United States preferred).
