As a Web Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in representing our dealer clients favorably online, responding to customer inquiries, and generating leads to drive revenue from website traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to effectively address customer needs
Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred, but not necessary
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40+ WPM preferred
Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification, with 2+ years of experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting preferred
Fluent English, both spoken and written, with strong decision-making and analytical abilities
Ability to pass a background check and work in a fast-paced environment with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
