The Office Operations Manager & Executive Assistant will provide elite executive support, manage office functions, and ensure a high-vibe environment for a team of 30+, enabling them to focus on raising capital and delivering marketing technology. Responsibilities Proactively manage the President’s complex calendar and communications, ensuring they are prepared for all internal and external engagements Independently run day-to-day office functions, from keeping the office stocked to coordinating vendors to maintain a high-vibe environment that reflects our brand and aligns with our broader office culture (Toronto/NYC) Act as the central, in-person point of contact for a team of 30+, streamlining office comms, driving engagement and organizing events that keep the team motivated and aligned Ensure that any external-facing interactions (vendors, partners, or clients) are handled with the highest level of professionalism and urgency Support the integration of marketing technology initiatives by handling administrative hurdles, allowing the technical team to focus on innovation Skills 1-3+ years in an EA, Office Operations, or similar hybrid role in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to support senior leadership while independently managing office operations with minimal oversight Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks across scheduling and logistics Sound prioritization skills; capable of acting as an effective gatekeeper for leadership A calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to an ever-changing environment Experience with Google Calendar, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion or similar tool Benefits Competitive compensation with the opportunity to earn equity—get into a growth company on the ground floor A diverse & distributed team of doers, innovators, and experts Shared employee benefit plan (medical, vision, & dental) We love AI and have tools to support you build innovative solutions Annual learning support And more!
