As a Key Information Researcher, you will be responsible for driving the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and ML models that power the attractions across blithequark Encounters (DX). Key Responsibilities Foster and create associations with colleagues, providing thought leadership and driving initiatives to successful completion. Engage in research and collaborate with colleagues to drive ML strategies and identify areas where business problems can be solved innovatively through ML applications. Lead and work with various specialists and data scientists to implement and scale ML solutions, creating enchanting experiences for visitors and pushing the boundaries of operational objectives. Drive innovation, proofs of concept, technology cash drives, and customer interactions that lead to the growth of top-tier AI platforms. Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. Develop standard processes used in daily operations and collaborate with niche units to design, plan, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, etc., and evaluate their performance on real-world datasets. Collaborate with various teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, adhering to existing software practices that produce viable code. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: 2+ years of mastery in Python and predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc. 2+ years of expert-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns. Expert-level experience in structured and unstructured data and SQL relational and non-relational databases. 2+ years of experience with Workflow or another data workflow management instrument. Experience with amendment control programming, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong systems integration architecture abilities, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions. A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical background.
